Where is pickup/collection from?

Pickup Days: Wednesday and Saturday

Pickup Time: Wednesdays (12pm to 6pm) and Saturday (9am to 1pm)

How do I heat up my meals?

Our meals are ready in under 4 minutes. Simply pierce the lid and heat in the microwave for 3 minutes (6 minutes from frozen). Please ensure meals are piping hot before eating. Be extra careful when removing the lid as steam may escape.

Can I eat my meals cold?

Yes! All our meals are fully cooked and can be eaten cold. However, we do recommend heating your meals up to enjoy them!

Are all macros accurate on my meals?

We weigh all the meals and your food using scales to make sure you are hitting the right macros and nutrients, but sometimes there may be a slight variance. All nutritional information is provided on our menu and is also included on each label on every meal. Please contact us if you have a specific macro requirement.

How are my meals prepared?

Every meal is made from scratch, just like you would prepare in your own home, only in much larger volume by professional chefs. Our team of Michelin star chefs use all organic ingredients, and highest quality meats. We currently maintain a strong 5* hygiene rating too!

Are your meals halal?

Yes, our meat and fish used are Halal. All of our meals are Halal unless clearly stated within the menu. We ensure full precautions are taken and there is no risk of contamination.

Do you accommodate different dietary requirements?

We accommodate a variety of dietary requirements and preferences such as Halal, Vegetarian, Vegan, Dairy & Gluten Free. All our meals change every 4/6 weeks weeks so if there are any meals you would like to see on our menu please contact us and we will make this happen! You can view full ingredients lists for each meal if you have any specific concerns.

How do my meals stay cool?

Don’t worry, all your meals are delivered with our recyclable boxes, ice packs and insulation, so your meals keep cool for up to 48 hours. Please ensure you refrigerate all your meals as soon as you receive them.

How long do the meals last?

The food comes in airtight sealed containers and lasts 7-10 days in the fridge and over 3 months in the freezer. Our meals and ingredients are fresh during preparation or delivery, so for the best taste, we recommend refrigeration rather than freezing. All meals are labeled with the fridge use-by date.

Can I freeze my meals?

Yes! If you are unable to finish your meals within the fridge life, you can always pop them in the freezer. If you do so, ensure you defrost and heat your meals until it is piping hot. We recommend a maximum time of 8 weeks.

Do your meals contain allergens?

The ingredients for all our meals can be found on our menu, if you click the ‘information’ button you can find nutritional breakdowns and macros, as well as allergy information. Please be aware that all our meals are produced in a our commercial kitchen that uses allergy sensitive ingredients and we can not always guarantee our products are completely free from these.
